LAKBAY KULTURA - MAGUINDANAO
Bureau on Cultural Heritage recently conducted its 2nd Lakbay Kultura in the Province of MAGUINDANAO at Making Elementary School, Parang, Maguindanao on June 24, 2014.
The Principal of the said school, Hadja Sarandang A. Abdullah, on her short
speech after the event, expressed that, "We feel so fortunate to be chosen as one of the schools where Lakbay Kultura will be held. Our pupils nowadays do not even know their own culture and their friends' culture. Now, they have a very good overview of the cultures of ARMM."
Mr. Musalik P. Kabunto, DMO I & Ms. Sheryan P. Guialel, CAO I, of the Bureau conducted the lectures on the whole Grade 3 sections. There were 193 Grade 3 pupils who actively listened and participated to the said activity.
The Lakbay Kultura is looking forward to visit more schools in the Province of Maguindanao and share the knowledge and appreciation of Bangsamoro Culture! ^_^
